Research Area
- Application of advanced computational and bioinformatics methods to cancer expression data, including bulk RNAseq, single-cell RNAseq, and spatial omics.
- Collaboration with clinical data to derive results relevant for immuno-oncology and cancer immunotherapy.

Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Systems Biology, or a related field.
- Experience in computational immunology and/or single-cell omics is advantageous.
- Strong publication track record in the field.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., R, Python) and statistical methods.
Job Description
- Focus on analyzing cancer tumor expression data and deriving insights relevant to immunotherapy.
- Lead a high-impact computational initiative aimed at biomarker discovery and immunotherapy target validation.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and communicate results effectively.
