Eligibility/Qualification:
- University degree in Chemistry or Physics
- Profound knowledge in computational and theoretical physics/chemistry
- Teamwork capability
- Skills in high-performance computing, materials chemistry, theoretical chemistry, molecular dynamics, data science, and machine learning are beneficial.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will:
- Investigate ion transport through atomically thin membranes.
- Collaborate closely with experimental partner groups from MPI Halle and Leiden University/NL.
- Actively participate in networking with regular research visits to partner laboratories.
- Contribute to interdisciplinary research within the chair, which hosts 40 researchers from 9 nations.
