Eligibility/Qualification

Job Description

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the following core themes:

  1. Large Pre-Trained Models for Multi-Modal Reasoning
    Integrating graph-based foundation models with large language models to enable automated hypothesis generation and scientific discovery.
  2. Deep Surrogate Models for Complex Scientific Systems
    Building deep learning-based models that approximate complex systems, applying these to areas like protein folding and gene regulation.
  3. Deep Learning on Graphs with Higher-Order Structures
    Developing neural architectures for complex relational structures such as hypergraphs and simplicial complexes.
  4. Theoretical Foundations of Geometric Deep Learning
