Description
This PhD project focuses on advancing semiconductor devices and circuits for terahertz frequency applications (2 – 5 THz), aimed at creating a framework for far-infrared semiconductor electronics crucial for space-borne Earth climate observations. You will conduct research in a collaborative environment, with opportunities to fabricate demonstrators and perform experiments in state-of-the-art facilities. The position also includes teaching responsibilities at the undergraduate level, providing valuable academic experience.
