Job Description:
- Conduct research focused on tailoring retrosynthesis tools for process development and route selection.
- Involve knowledge extraction from scientific literature and develop quantitative scorecards for pathway ranking.
- Design models and heuristics for estimating synthesis criteria.
- Collaborate closely with industry partner Sanofi on relevant projects.
- Engage in ongoing research threads related to generative reaction mechanism prediction and tandem mass spectra prediction.
