Research Area
You will explore advanced techniques in computer vision and machine learning to develop an unsupervised or semi-supervised end-to-end cell tracker, aimed at linking cell pixels over time in 3D environments.

Eligibility/Qualification
- Minimum Qualification: MSc in Computer Science, AI, Applied Mathematics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred Skills:
- Strong background in reinforcement learning, causal learning, or multimodal models.
- Experience with deep learning, graph neural networks, or visual object tracking.
- Familiarity with tools such as PyTorch or JAX.
Description
In this position, you will:
- Develop methods for linking and tracking pixels of cells over long durations.
- Integrate advanced imaging priors and physics-informed constraints.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including imaging scientists and immunologists.
- Publish high-impact research and release open-source software.
