Job Description
The successful candidate will analyze spatially resolved gene expression data to understand immune cell interactions in complex tissue settings, including skin, lung, and intestinal environments. Responsibilities include hands-on data analysis, developing tailored workflows or algorithms, and collaborating with experimental research groups.
Essential Skills:
- Experience in analyzing single-cell omics data.
- Strong interest in spatial transcriptomics and immune biology.
- Proficiency in writing clean, reproducible code.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with spatial transcriptomics platforms (e.g., 10x Visium).
- A publication track record in bioinformatics or immunology.
- Familiarity with computational methods for spatial statistics.
