Eligibility/Qualification

Job Description

  • Main Goal: Elucidate the relationship between mosses and colonizing nitrogen (N)-fixing cyanobacteria.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and conducting experiments
  • Culturing mosses and cyanobacteria
  • Protein isolation and analysis
  • Stable and radioactive labeling
  • Mass spectrometry measurements
  • Data analysis (R and Python)
  • Co-supervising BSc and MSc students
  • Manuscript writing
