Eligibility/Qualification
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field (Data Science, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Physics).
- Solid programming skills and knowledge in deep learning, statistical modelling, or reinforcement learning.
- Interest in plant physiology, genomics, and process-based modelling.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and work independently in an interdisciplinary team.
Description
The successful candidate will develop AI pipelines that translate -omic signatures into model parameters, implement reinforcement-learning agents to optimize model performance, and collaborate closely with experts across IBG-3 and IBG-4. The position also includes opportunities for communication through conferences and publications.
