🎓 Eligibility/Qualification
Required:
- Ph.D. degree in Robotics, Computer Science, or related field (within 7 years of Ph.D.).
- Strong research track record in perception and machine learning.
- Publications in leading venues (ICRA, IROS, T-RO, RAS, RA-L).
- Experience in legged robotics, ROS, and ML frameworks.
- Ability to lead research projects, mentor younger researchers.
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English.
Desirable:
- Basic knowledge of German.
- Valid car driver’s license.
🛠️ Job Description
- Conduct research in physical parameter representation learning from sensory data for legged locomotion.
- Apply interactive perception paradigms to robotic systems.
- Develop control algorithms for legged robots based on physical object parameters.
- Supervise and guide younger researchers in experiments, goal-setting, and paper writing.
- Contribute to international collaboration with TU Darmstadt.
