Research Area

Eligibility/Qualification
- Completed (or about to complete) a PhD in Physics, Materials Science, or Electrical Engineering.
- Background in condensed matter physics, magnetism, spintronics, or 2D material physics and their fabrication.
- Hands-on experience with device fabrication, AFM, SEM, magneto-transport, and related instrumentation.
- Strong programming ability (e.g., LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB, C++).
- Familiarity with micromagnetic or Multiphysics simulations.
- Collaborative mindset with clear communication skills.
Job Description
The successful candidate will:
- Conduct groundbreaking experimental research in 2D quantum materials and spin transport.
- Lead efforts in van der Waals heterostructure fabrication and perform cryogenic electrical and magnetic characterization at low temperatures and high magnetic fields.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to unlocking new physics and building transformative technologies.
