Job Description
The EMBL-EBI/Sanger Postdoctoral Fellowship offers the opportunity to select projects from pre-defined topics or propose your own research project, ensuring collaboration with groups at both EMBL-EBI and the Wellcome Sanger Institute. The projects encompass areas such as:
- Multicellular molecular characterisation of inflammatory bowel disease
- Single-cell multiomics in high grade serous ovarian cancer
- Morphological programmes of T cell activation using machine learning
- Consequences of mutations in endometrial stem cells
- Interactive visualisation and AI tools for spatial transcriptomics
- Designing single-cell perturbation experiments
- Predicting cellular phenotypes from environmental compounds
