Description
The PhD work aims to explore sustainable production and consumption of protein- and fat-rich plant-based foods, addressing the challenge of reducing reliance on animal-source foods. Candidates will work under the Mistra Food Futures research program, collaborating with various experts and organizations in the food value chain.
