Description
The PhD work aims to explore sustainable production and consumption of protein- and fat-rich plant-based foods, addressing the challenge of reducing reliance on animal-source foods. The research will evaluate individual production chains for their environmental impacts and analyze the broader food system’s sustainability. Candidates will work under the Mistra Food Futures research program, collaborating with various experts and organizations in the food value chain.
