Postdoc in Computational Rheumatology and Immunology

Eligibility/Qualification:

  • A (nearly) completed PhD in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in immunological research, preferably in rheumatology.
  • Experience with analyzing omics data (e.g., epigenomics, transcriptomics, proteomics).
  • Affinity for computational biology and data-driven research.
  • Effective communication skills in both Dutch and English.

Job Description:

As a postdoc within the Department of Rheumatology and the Leiden Computational Biology Center, you will:

  • Conduct integrated analyses on epigenetic, genetic, transcriptomic, and proteomic datasets.
  • Interpret and report findings for scientific publications.
  • Strengthen the connection between molecular data and clinical insights from the TREAT EARLIER trial.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinical researchers and data scientists.
  • Contribute to future analyses that integrate imaging data.
