Eligibility / Qualification
- Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- Strong background in molecular and cell biology.
- Experience in RNA biology and bioinformatics is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Job Description
The selected candidate will:
- Conduct cutting-edge research to identify RNA-binding proteins contributing to drug resistance in high-grade serous ovarian cancer.
- Employ proteomics, RNA-binding assays, RNA-seq, iCLIP-seq, RIBO-seq, organoid, and in vivo models.
- Analyze complex datasets to elucidate post-transcriptional regulatory networks.
- Contribute to RNA-based therapeutic development and publication of high-impact research.
