Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD in a relevant field (e.g., ecology, forestry, systems analysis)
- Experience in systems thinking and analysis related to land use change
- Proficient in quantitative modeling and data analysis
- Knowledge of ecosystem services and their trade-offs
- Strong communication skills in English
Job Description
- Conduct independent research projects under supervision.
- Report progress and findings clearly and proactively.
- Participate in dissemination and relevant teaching activities.
- Engage in collaborative research environments, including potential international stays.
- Publish scientific papers in high-impact journals.
- Develop a deeper understanding of direct and indirect land use implications of CDR based on BECCS in Europe.
