Eligibility/Qualifications
- Eligible domestic applicants with financial need/hardship, or;
- International applicants must have citizenship from one of the specified countries with financial need/hardship.
- Must be applying for the University of Michigan Computer Science & Engineering PhD program.
- Strong academic background, typically with an undergraduate GPA of at least 3.5/4.0.
- Demonstrated interest in working with participating CSE faculty.

- Actively participate in departmental activities and contribute to ongoing research projects.
- Collaborate with faculty and peers on innovative solutions in various computer science domains.
