Job Description
The Postdoctoral Research Associate will:
- Work on a project led by Professors Patrick Steel (Chemistry) and Marc Knight (Biosciences) at Durham, in collaboration with colleagues from MLU, Halle (Germany) and Casale Spa (Switzerland).
- Engage in the design, synthesis, and efficacy testing of new biostimulant analogues.
- Investigate the molecular basis of activity, environmental fate, and efficient delivery methods for the active ingredients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, publish high-quality research outputs, and assist in developing research objectives and proposals.
- Foster a collegial and respectful working environment.
