Job Description
The postdoctoral position involves:
- Identifying new targeted therapies that shift TAMs toward an anti-tumorigenic state.
- Mapping macrophage gene signatures related to survival, treatment response, and relapse.
- Defining tumor microenvironment signatures that predict therapy outcomes.
- Analyzing omics data to identify relevant downstream targets.
- Developing and maintaining computational pipelines for analyzing spatial transcriptomics and multiplex imaging datasets.
You will collaborate closely with experimental biologists, clinicians, and data scientists, actively participating in seminars, group meetings, and other relevant research activities.
Qualifications
Required:
- PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related quantitative field.
- Expertise in spatial transcriptomics data analysis and multiplex imaging technologies.
- Strong programming skills in at least one scientific programming language.
- Knowledge of statistical methods, machine learning, or image analysis pipelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in integrating multimodal omics datasets.
- Wet lab experience, particularly in multiplex staining and spatial transcriptomics.
