Eligibility/Qualification
- MSc degree in electrical engineering, nanotechnology, applied physics, mechanical engineering, or a related field.

- Familiarity with silicon microfabrication technology and cleanroom environments.
- Team player with good communication skills in English.
Description
The successful candidates will work on two innovative research projects:
- MEMS Flow Sensors: Development of a new type of gas flow sensor focusing on measurements like thermal conductivity, density, specific heat, and dynamic viscosity.
- MEMS Microphones: Focus on creating ultra-low power MEMS microphones. Collaboration with experts in electronic circuit design is key for both projects.
The PhD positions are for a duration of four years, including a qualifier in the first year, offering a stimulating research environment with a dynamic ecosystem.
