Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD and M.Sc. with excellent grades in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Biomathematics, or a related field.
- Competitive scientific publication record.
- Strong passion for Data Science with documented experience in relevant fields.
- Experience with generative AI (especially transformer architectures) is a plus.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
Job Description:
- Develop and apply innovative algorithms in machine learning focused on decision support in medicine and healthcare.
- Support ongoing research projects in federated machine learning for real-world data applications.
- Present findings via scientific publications, workshops, and conferences.
- Assist the team leader in project acquisition and technology transfer into the pharma and biotech industry.
- Collaborate with team members on publications and code development.
