Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD in Human Genetics or a related field
- Strong interest in genetics, neurobiology, and psychiatry
- Proficiency in bioinformatics software (R, Python, Bash)
- Experience in large-scale genotyping/sequencing data analysis
- Good statistical skills
- Proficient in written and oral English
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
Job Description
The postdoctoral fellow will:
- Analyze genetic data from individuals with autism and neurodevelopmental disorders, focusing on the interplay of common and rare variants and their impact on brain development.
- Engage in deep-phenotyping efforts, including brain imaging and cognitive testing.
- Collaborate with neuroscientists, geneticists, and psychiatrists in a dynamic research environment.
