Job Description
As a Postdoctoral Appointee, you will:
- Develop a materials optimization platform leveraging predictive simulations, database management, and AI/ML models.
- Discover and characterize novel materials for energy storage and conversion using advanced computational tools, including molecular dynamics and density functional theory.
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse team while embracing Argonne’s core values of impact, safety, respect, integrity, and teamwork.
Required Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of applied computational materials science.
- Experience with High-Performance Computing (HPC) systems and intelligent workflows.
- Demonstrated expertise in integrating AI with computational chemistry on HPC platforms.
