Eligibility/Qualification
- Master’s (or equivalent) degree in relevant fields (Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.).
- Previous experience with MRI and/or high-density fNIRS/DOT techniques.
- Strong understanding of signal processing, data analysis, and scientific programming (Python/Matlab).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Candidates must have completed a minimum of 300 ECTS credits across their bachelor’s and master’s studies.
Description
The selected PhD candidate will develop an original research project focused on signal processing methods in neuroimaging. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting literature reviews and identifying research questions.
- Designing experimental protocols and conducting measurements.
- Data organization, analysis, and documentation.
- Writing manuscripts and presenting findings at conferences.
- Engaging actively in SPIN lab’s collaborative environment.
