Postdoctoral Position in Spatial Proteomics: The School of Engineering Sciences in Chemistry, Biotechnology and Health at KTH is seeking a dedicated Postdoctoral Fellow to join the research group headed by Emma Lundberg. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with human cell lines and hiPSCs.
- Familiarity with immunostaining and confocal fluorescence microscopy.
- Skills in using liquid handling robots and bioimage analysis tools (e.g., CellProfiler, R Bioconductor, ImageJ, machine learning models).
- Genetic screening experience (e.g., CRISPR).
- Strong analytical skills and awareness of diversity and equality issues.
Job Description
As a Postdoctoral Fellow, you will:
- Conduct research using various cell and molecular biology methods, emphasizing cell culture, immunostaining, and confocal microscopy.
- Set up protocols for automated optical pooled screening (OPS) and utilize this method within your research project.
- Collaborate closely with the Human Protein Atlas team while focusing on the expression and distribution of metabolic enzymes.
- Document work thoroughly and exhibit analytical thinking.
