Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD in Physics, Materials Science, or Chemistry
- Strong interest in interfaces in electronic and optoelectronic devices
- Experience in molecular electronics/junctions or molecular self-assembly and device fabrication/characterization is highly valuable
- Good communication skills in English are mandatory
Job Description
The postdoctoral researcher will:
- Design and integrate functional molecular assemblies at electrode interfaces.
- Conduct surface characterization using techniques such as XPS, UPS, AFM, and electrochemistry.
- Develop and characterize two- and three-terminal devices, including electrical and optoelectronic measurements.
- Explore integration in organic field-effect transistor (OFET)-like architectures.
- Collaborate with team members on ongoing activities related to phototransistors.
