Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in Physical Organic Chemistry or related fields
- Experience in inorganic/organometallic synthesis, electrochemistry, purification, and advanced analytical methods.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and optimizing the one-step conversion of borax into battery-grade sodium borate electrolytes at scales exceeding 1 kg.
- Expanding the electrolyte portfolio using synthetic and process-oriented approaches.
- Conducting purification, crystallization, and quality-control workflows to achieve stringent purity standards.
- Operating and optimizing reactor systems (2 L and 5 L) to meet Technology Readiness Level 4 (TRL4) performance.
