Eligibility/Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a closely related field.
  • Strong foundation in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.
  • Experience with numerical modeling and/or programming skills.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and building experimental setups.
  • Independent, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

As the PhD candidate, you will play a crucial role in the MagHeat project, driving the design, construction, and experimental validation of a next-generation magnetocaloric heat pump prototype. This technology aims to revolutionize the market with zero-emission heating and cooling solutions.
