Eligibility / Qualification
- PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Cell Biology, Cancer Biology, Biophysics, or a related field
- Strong background in data analysis, multi-omics, and/or imaging datasets (for bioinformatics role)
- Experience with analytical pipeline development is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a collaborative, international research environment
- Good communication skills and motivation to work closely with experimental scientists
Job Description
Successful candidates will:
- Analyze large-scale multi-omics and imaging datasets
- Develop and optimize computational and analytical pipelines
- Collaborate closely with experimental researchers using organoids, in vivo models, and advanced imaging
- Investigate tissue barrier function under normal and disease conditions
- Contribute to understanding mechanisms of cancer invasion
- Participate actively in an international, multidisciplinary research team
