Detailed Job Description:

The postdoctoral fellow will be involved in:

  • Developing high throughput assays, typically based on fluorescence mediated by biosensors or chemicals.
  • Characterizing assay performance using lead strains to ensure robustness and reliability.
  • Executing large-scale screening campaigns with up to 1E6 variant strains.
  • Actively participating in consortium meetings to discuss and report on BPL results.
  • Collaborating closely with all consortium partners to coordinate tasks and streamline project objectives.
