Detailed Job Description:
The postdoctoral fellow will be involved in:
- Developing high throughput assays, typically based on fluorescence mediated by biosensors or chemicals.
- Characterizing assay performance using lead strains to ensure robustness and reliability.
- Executing large-scale screening campaigns with up to 1E6 variant strains.
- Actively participating in consortium meetings to discuss and report on BPL results.
- Collaborating closely with all consortium partners to coordinate tasks and streamline project objectives.
