Research Area:

The research will focus on novel algorithms for inference and decision-making, emphasizing efficiency, transparency, and safety within AI systems. Areas of interest include multivariate data modeling, constrained machine learning, and continual learning methodologies.

Job Description:

The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will work in an interdisciplinary environment, contributing to research on:

  • Learning explainable representations for complex data.
  • Developing constrained machine learning algorithms.
  • Investigating continual and online learning methods.
    The fellowship is expected to last for 3 years, with potential extension up to 4 years based on funding availability. The appointed candidate will engage in collaborative research, contribute to various work packages of SURE-AI, and participate in training opportunities.
