Research Area

The research will concentrate on the hybrid integration of CMOS and spintronic devices, specifically focusing on:

Description

The position involves defining specifications for CMOS-spintronic interfaces, designing analog and mixed-signal CMOS circuits, and participating in the full integrated circuit (IC) design flow from architecture to verification. The successful candidate will become part of a collaborative environment within the SDU Microelectronics section, working on interlinked projects that span microelectronics, photonics, and quantum technologies.
