Research Area:
The focus is on decoding Hippo pathway interactions at the neuromuscular junction and during myogenesis through in vivo mouse genetics, multi-omics, advanced imaging, and functional assays.
Eligibility/Qualification:
- Ph.D. in molecular/cell biology, neuroscience, striated and/or skeletal muscle, or an equivalent discipline.
- Proven track record in mouse genetics, histology, omics, or signaling with first-author publications in high-impact journals.
- Experience in CRISPR, bioinformatics, or electrophysiology is advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills and proficiency in English (publications in English).
Job Description:
- Design and execute experiments with transgenic models, including behavioral and electrophysiological NMJ assays.
- Lead CRISPR/Cas9 engineering and omics workflows (RNA-seq, proteomics).
- Perform advanced 3D/4D microscopy and quantitative image analysis.
- Mentor students and drive manuscript submissions.
- Foster collaborations with clinical and computational partners.
