PhD Scholarship & Postdoctoral Fellow: The Queensland University of Technology (QUT), through its QUT Centre for Biomedical Technologies, is inviting applications for a fully funded PhD Scholarship and a Postdoctoral Research Fellow position in engineering. Eligibility / Qualification
For Postdoctoral Research Fellow:
- Bachelor’s and PhD degrees in Engineering
- Preference for Materials Engineering background
- Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, and Mechatronics Engineers are eligible
- Preferred experience in:
- Biomedical research
- Working closely with clinicians
- 3D printing and casting
- Ethics applications
- Medical device testing
- Must have valid working rights in Australia for the duration of the appointment
For PhD Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Preference for Materials Engineering background
- Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, and Mechatronics Engineers eligible
- Experience in working with clinicians, 3D printing, casting, or device testing is desirable but not mandatory
- Strong passion for improving patient care and making a meaningful impact
