Eligibility/Qualification

- Experience in bulk/single-cell multi-omics data analysis and/or drug screening data processing.
- Proficiency in R or Python programming.
- Strong interest in translational cancer research and collaborative environments.
Job Description

| Literature Review | Research publicly available datasets for initial integrative analysis. |
| Pipeline Design | Design cross-site preprocessing and harmonization pipelines for multi-omics and functional data. |
| Integrative Analysis | Perform analyses to identify biological hallmarks and conduct functional analyses (e.g., GSEA). |
| Collaboration | Work closely with European consortium partners on data sharing while ensuring privacy compliance. |
| Documentation and Publishing | Document analysis results and prepare scientific publications. |
