phd funding - Poland

Postdoctoral in 3D Genome Organization: Adam Mickiewicz University invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Assistant position at the Centre for Advanced Technologies under the National Science Centre (NCN) OPUS-LAP funded project titled “3D genome re-organization during induced senescence in pancreatic cancer – insights from analysis of single chromatin fibers” (Project No. UMO-2024/55/I/NZ5/03165).

The successful candidate will join the Developmental Epigenetics Laboratory led by dr hab. Michał Gdula and collaborate with Prof. Argyris Papantonis at University of Göttingen. The project focuses on understanding chromatin architecture changes during senescence in pancreatic cancer using advanced genomics and Nanopore sequencing technologies.
