Description
This PhD project will involve the investigation, development, and optimization of a sustainable catalytic process for producing DMC through inductive heating of heterogeneous catalysts. Key tasks include:
- Construction and commissioning of new reaction engineering facilities.
- Development and synthesis of inductively heatable catalysts.
- Operating laboratory plants to analyze product quality and catalyst properties.
- Coordination with internal and external project partners.
- Publication and presentation of research results in journals and conferences.
Candidates should possess knowledge in catalysis and energy research with a strong motivation to complete their doctorate within three years.
