Eligibility/Qualification
- Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Proven background in:
- Ontologies and Knowledge Graphs
- Natural Language Processing with Deep Learning
- Strong programming skills, preferably in Python, and experience in at least one deep learning framework (e.g., PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Solid communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge in automated planning, PDDL, and reinforcement learning.
- Demonstrated publication record.
- Ability to work in a diverse team.
Description
The selected candidate will join a multilingual research team working on the ATRIA project, which focuses on harmonizing semiconductor manufacturing through a hybrid AI architecture. Responsibilities include conducting theoretical and empirical research, collaborating with industry partners, publishing research articles, and pursuing a PhD within the thematic doctoral program Informatics at the University of Klagenfurt.
