Research Area:

  • Biology of cancer and infectious diseases
  • Development of new antimicrobial and anti-cancer agents
  • Organic chemical synthesis of natural products
  • Structural biology of pharmaceuticals and target molecules

Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Ph.D. or expected Ph.D. in related fields.
  • One or more of the following experiences:
  • Molecular or cellular biology
  • Research using genetically engineered mice
  • AI in medical/life sciences or big data analysis
  • Natural product chemistry
  • Synthetic organic chemistry
  • Chemical structure determination of natural products
  • Preferred (not required):
  • Bioinformatics familiarity
  • Compound screening and activity evaluation
  • Experience with laboratory animals

Job Description:

The successful candidates will engage in basic research on microbial infections and cancer, develop new antimicrobial and anti-cancer agents, and explore organic synthesis of key compounds. Responsibilities include but are not limited to conducting experiments, analyzing data, and contributing to publications.
