Job Description:
- Data Management: Oversee, pre-process, quality check, and maintain integrated heterogeneous multi-omics datasets.
- Integrative Data Analysis: Lead and conduct large-scale multi-omics analyses, including RNA/DNA sequencing, methylation, and metabolomics.
- Method Development: Develop and implement novel data analysis methods to manage complex biomolecular data.
- Collaborative Research: Collaboratively work with various research groups to implement diverse research perspectives.
- Dissemination: Lead and participate in disseminating results through visualizations, publications, and presentations.
