🎓 Eligibility / Qualification
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- PhD / M.D. / M.D.-PhD (or equivalent) in:
- Cell & Molecular Biology
- Cancer Biology
- Biochemistry
- Related disciplines
- Strong expertise in cell and molecular biology techniques
- Ability to learn and apply new research methodologies
- Preferred:
- Experience with mouse models & xenografting
- Experience in functional genomics or drug screening
- Proven research record with at least one first-author publication in a reputed journal
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to independently design and execute research
Job Description
The selected candidate will work in the Clurman Lab, contributing to advanced cancer research with a focus on:
- Investigating molecular mechanisms of tumorigenesis
- Studying therapeutic targets such as Wee1 and CDK4/6
- Conducting functional genomics and high-throughput drug screening
- Performing experiments using:
- Tissue culture systems
- Mouse cancer models
