Eligibility / Qualification
Minimum Qualifications
- PhD (or equivalent) in:
- Molecular Biology
- Biochemistry
- Genetics
- RNA Biology
- Bioengineering or related field
- Experience in biochemical and/or genetic approaches
- Strong publication record (at least one first-author paper/preprint)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to independently conduct research
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in RNA biology or translation research

Job Description
The selected candidate will work in the Subramaniam Lab, focusing on cutting-edge RNA biology research. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading an independent research project on mRNA translation and regulation
- Designing and conducting deep-sequencing experiments
- Identifying RNA regulatory elements and protein factors
- Applying CRISPR-based high-throughput screening (ReLiC platform)
- Using computational tools to analyze large-scale datasets
