Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD in Immunology or a related field
- 0 to 7 years of experience post-PhD
- Skills in cell culture, isolation, and analysis (flow cytometry)

- Team spirit and ability to contribute to a multidisciplinary environment
Job Description
The project aims to explore the functions of plasmacytoid dendritic cell (pDC) subpopulations in relation to HIV-1 and HIV-2 infections. Responsibilities include:
- Purifying pDC and their subpopulations
- Preparing cells for sequencing (in collaboration with the Genom’IC facility)
- Analyzing results using R-studio with assistance from the Bioinformat’IC facility
- Conducting functional studies through cell culture, spectral cytometry, immunofluorescence, and testing potential therapeutic agents in vitro.
