Job Description:

The position requires you to:

  • Drive research projects on functional RNAs and genome regulation using large-scale genomics and multi-omics datasets.
  • Apply computational and/or experimental approaches to characterize lncRNAs and regulatory elements.
  • Design and execute data analyses and validation experiments.
  • Develop and implement analytical strategies, including bioinformatics and AI-based methods.
  • Collaborate on interdisciplinary projects with internal teams and external partners.
  • Contribute to scientific publications and dissemination of results.
