Description:
The selected candidate will engage in cutting-edge research projects, performing 3D computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations, designing advanced combustion systems, and exploring solutions for mitigating engine thermal stress and knock. Responsibilities will include:
- Advanced CFD simulations of hydrogen/oxygen jets in argon-atmosphere experiments.
- Development and validation of simulation frameworks for closed-cycle engine modeling.
- Collaboration on thermal management and knock mitigation strategies.
- Optimizing combustion settings and hardware designs.
