Eligibility/Qualification:
- Completed scientific higher education (Master or Diploma) in a related field.
- Completed PhD.
- Excellent expertise in mass spectrometry.
- Strong knowledge in bioinformatics and microscopy.
Job Description:
- Measurement and analysis of datasets from liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) and MALDI-MSI imaging.
- Establishment of multiplex Immunofluorescence (IF) microscopy staining and automated analysis using segmentation algorithms and AI.
- Isolation of malignant tissue/cells via laser microdissection for further mass spectrometric investigations.
- Application of light-sheet microscopy in combination with mass spectrometry.
- Development of methods for minimal proteomic sample preparation.
- Establishment of bioinformatic algorithms for multi-omics data registration.
- Integrative assessment of data through multivariate analyses, dimensionality reduction, and pathway analysis.
- Support the “Single-Cell and Spatial Multi-Omics” group by supervising students and PhD candidates.
