Job Description:

  • Design and optimize high-throughput biochemical and genomic assays to investigate gene regulation.
  • Explore how protein sequence and structure variations influence binding to DNA and ligands.
  • Develop multiplexed functional genomics methods, including single-cell RNA-seq and ATAC-seq technologies.
  • Generate large-scale datasets using automation and advanced sequencing platforms.
  • Build custom computational pipelines for data integration and predictive modeling.
  • Collaborate with scientists and engineers to establish scalable data analysis workflows.
  • Document methods and results to ensure reproducibility.
  • Publish findings and present at scientific meetings.
  • Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and compliance regulations.
