Job Description:
- Design and optimize high-throughput biochemical and genomic assays to investigate gene regulation.
- Explore how protein sequence and structure variations influence binding to DNA and ligands.
- Develop multiplexed functional genomics methods, including single-cell RNA-seq and ATAC-seq technologies.
- Generate large-scale datasets using automation and advanced sequencing platforms.
- Build custom computational pipelines for data integration and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with scientists and engineers to establish scalable data analysis workflows.
- Document methods and results to ensure reproducibility.
- Publish findings and present at scientific meetings.
