Job Description

Key Objectives:

  • In silico allele mining: Analyze genomic datasets to identify natural genetic variations related to meiosis.
  • Molecular cytogenetics: Perform chromosome analysis and utilize microscopy techniques to characterize meiotic phenotypes.
  • Genetic mapping: Assess the impact of meiotic variants in segregating populations for informed breeding strategies.
