Job Description:
In this role, you will:
- Evaluate potential selector concepts using TCAD simulations, compact modeling, and array-level performance assessment.
- Collaborate with device engineering and cross-technology co-optimization (XTCO) teams to align memory device design with logic and integration requirements.
- Explore new materials, develop device designs, and define array architecture.
- Provide insights that shape future developments in materials, processes, and devices.
This position is for one year, with a possibility of extension.
