Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in inorganic materials synthesis, particularly with solution-based or solid-state methods relevant to perovskite semiconductors.
- Familiarity with X-ray diffraction and crystallography for phase identification and structural analysis.
- Knowledge in optoelectronic property measurements and experience in Python programming for data analysis.
- Desirable: Experience with hardware instrumentation and developing automated synthesis and characterization workflows.
- Strong interest in collaborative and interdisciplinary research.
Job Description
The successful candidate will:
- Conduct high-throughput synthesis and characterization of metal halide perovskites.
- Develop scalable and automated workflows for the synthesis and characterization processes.
- Collaborate with various research groups across the Alchemy Hub, integrating experimental and computational approaches.
- Lead the drafting of scientific manuscripts.
- Support day-to-day supervision of Master’s and PhD students.
